Black & White

y first love has always been drawing. I could draw all day, everyday. I use drawing as a tool to work out ideas and compositions for layouts. But I also use drawings as finished pieces. I love the uncomplicated process of graphite on paper. Just take out the pencil and work. Very little preparation is needed, just a sharpener and eraser.

I love all forms of drawing, contour drawing, heavily shaded drawing with tons of cross hatching, smudging and highlights in white chalk. On white paper or color paper, even on lined paper.
